Within our organization, it is the people that matter and our employees are therefore important for the strategies. The success of our company is connected with the input and development of the knowledge, skills, the behavior and the competences of our employees. We also stimulate our employees to follow new education courses, which supplements their knowledge.

We have special regulations that facilitate these extra studies and courses. Of course we also keep up with the knowledge in our field of expertise. We often have meetings that relate to a certain field, to get a new technical input.
